Interactive app for Margherita Hack’s Centro Colibrì

The hummingbird is responsible for pollinating 85% of all plants and trees present in the American continent.
Without the hummingbird, the plants could no longer reproduce, the forests of the Amazon, the Andean forests and the Mata Atlantica would disappear within 3 generations with apocalyptic consequences for our planet. Unfortunately it is on the verge of extinction.

The Colibrì Center of Margherita Hack is a unique reality in Europe, a magical space in which to get excited thanks to hummingbirds, butterflies, sloths and more. A highly specialized center that offers families, children and young people from schools and holiday centers the opportunity to live an experience in direct contact with nature.

The Colibri Center was created with the aim of studying the life, reproduction and conservation techniques of hummingbirds, the smallest birds in the world, essential for the well-being of the planet.

We are happy to have contributed to enrich the visit of such an important Scientific Center. An interactive tablet application to learn more about the sloth, the hummingbird, and the magical world of butterflies and ants.
